Deaf Friendly Swimming Gala run by the NDCS
Deaf and can swim 100 metres, come along to this swimming gala
With Deaf children often not feeling welcome or supported at school and at mainstream sports clubs, it is good to know that the NDCS is working hard to make such activities available to our Deaf youngsters in England. Support from the Lottery, Sport England and Places for People has made this possible.
One such event is being run at the West Bromwich Leisure Centre on the 18th April, when deaf children aged between 11 and 16 who can swim 100 metres are being invited to a Deaf Friendly Swimming Gala. Details below:
